DEVIIN’s Employment Readiness Mentorship Program was launched in January 2024, with the major aim of helping unemployed youths, graduates, and current students gain valuable experience. The key component of this program is to transfer valuable skills. Our Employment Readiness Mentorship Program is designed to empower youths with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to secure and maintain meaningful employment. Tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, the program encompasses a wide range of components, including:
